Tony and Wes are originally from the US state of Florida, where Wes taught high school students for 10 years and Tony worked in hospitality.
Tony, originally from Vietnam, and Wes have long been fascinated by Asian history and culture, so in 2008, they moved to Saigon, Vietnam, where Wes served at a school for 10 years and Tony worked in marketing. During this time, they developed an appreciation for Asian handmade crafts, especially the pottery of Vietnam and China, such as teapots.
They also really appreciate the artisanship that goes into Cambodian and Thai silk products, particularly handwoven scarves. They have visited many silk facilities in Southeast Asia and are always captured by the process of silk production.
They personally selected and ordered all the products in this shop. They go directly to trusted sources in Cambodia and Thailand for their silk products and to Vietnam for the tea sets. They insist on only selling the highly quality products in this shop.
